Kutnu is a traditional fabric rooted in the Ottoman era, woven on wooden looms and known for its subtle interplay of cotton and silk-like fibers.

In this piece, embroidery is worked directly into the kutnu using the satin stitch technique, forming a smooth, uninterrupted surface where each stitch is placed with exacting precision.
