Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your AnatolianCraft purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@anatolian-craft.com with your order number before sending your item.

For international orders, return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Personalised or customised items are not eligible for return or exchange, except where faulty.

Please note that slight variations in handcrafted details are a natural part of our pieces and are not considered defects.
